Receive info (notification)
Receive information about new and current collection rights.
Manage collection rights
The collection right can be passed on, returned, withdrawn and utilised.
Info (Receipt) received
You will receive feedback on the new status of the collection authorisation for all actions carried out.

Check pick-up right
Check via German Ports whether you have a valid collection authorisation for a container.
Sending a transport order
Send a transport order to the terminal via tPR or CODIS. The pick-up authorisation is checked.
Collect container
The container is loaded as in today's process and you receive the same messages.

Check via German Ports whether you have a valid collection authorisation for a container.
Send Coprar.Load
Send the coprar.load to the terminal as usual. The pick-up authorisation is checked.

Book a slot
Book a slot via TR02 or TruckGate. After booking, you will receive a tour plan number.
Collect container
You will need a valid collection authorisation and route plan number. You must also identify yourself (IDP app).
Step by step instructions
1. register your company
Every company must register once in German Ports!
After registering, you can set up branches and add users in German Ports yourself.

2. inform your customers
Inform your customers in good time that they must also use German Ports. Only registered customers can receive and manage pick-up authorisations for import containers.
Also important: your customers must also inform the next party authorised to collect containers. This ensures a safe and uncomplicated handover.
